Shipping:
All packages are shipped using USPS Priority Mail with Signature Confirmation.
We are currently only shipping domestically in the United States. We hope to be able to ship internationally soon.

Exchanges, Returns and Refunds:
If the item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away for an exchange or refund.
If you are unhappy with your pedal for any reason, you can return it for a refund minus shipping costs. We offer a 14 day return period from the day you receive your shipment. We also reserve the right to apply a $25 restocking fee against your refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping. To be eligible for return, the item must be in brand new unused condition and in the original packaging. If 14 days have gone by since the day the item was delivered, unfortunately, we are unable to offer an exchange, return, or refund.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Refunds, exchanges, and returns require a proof of purchase. An RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization number) will be issued and must be referenced on the return paperwork. Do not ship the item before an RMA# is issued.
We recommend using a carrier that offers trackable shipping services and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping to us.
Your item will be inspected upon return. We will send out an email notifying you of the status of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to the original method of payment. If not approved, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost of the pedal back to themself.

Warranty/Repair:
Receipt or Proof of Purchase is required for warranty claims.
Our pedals are guaranteed to be free from mechanical and electrical defects for 4 years for the original buyer. After the 4 year time period, the item may be able to be repaired for a small bench/parts/service fee.
If there is no Receipt or Proof of Purchase, the item may be able to be repaired for a small bench/parts/service fee.
Warranty does not cover misuse or accidents resulting in damage. Additionally, the warranty does not cover issues caused by using an incorrect power supply, using a control voltage device in a passive expression jack, or damage from liquid.
Broken knobs, jacks, potentiameters, and switches are not covered by warranty if due to abuse.
Cosmetic wear is not covered by the warranty. Loss of parts (knobs, screws, etc.) are not covered by the warranty.
Pedals bought used are not covered by the warranty.
The warranty is not transferable.
Any modifications to the pedal voids the warranty.
Any service performed outside our shop voids the warranty.
Do not taunt Happy Fun Ball.
Theft or loss is not covered by the warranty.
Any pedal falling outside of the terms of the warranty is liable to incur a non-warranty repair charge.
Please note that the warranty excludes shipping costs.
If the pedal under warranty is beyond economical repair, a like-for-like replacement or refund may be offered.
All warranty claims are considered at the discretion of Walker Sonic Effects.

Liability:
Walker Sonic Effects will not be held liable for damages resulting from the failure or use of the item. Damages may include, but are not limited to, the following: damages resulting from the inability to use the product; damage resulting from the use of the product, loss of profit, or damage to other equipment.
